1. Overview

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions on the SAJUNABI Platform, including payments by Guests and payouts to Friends. By using our payment services, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Service Provider

Payment processing on Saju is handled by a third-party payment service provider. Your use of payment services is also subject to the payment provider's terms of service.

3. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods for booking sessions. Available payment methods may vary by region.

4. Service Fees

A platform service fee is included in the price displayed to Guests. This fee covers platform operation, customer support, and payment processing.

A separate small platform fee is deducted from the Friend's payout at settlement. Exact rates are subject to change with notice.

5. Payment Authorization

When you book a session, your payment method is charged at the time of booking. Your Friend will then confirm an available date from your preferred dates.

6. Currency & Exchange Rates

Prices are displayed in USD for Guests. Friends set prices in KRW. Exchange rates are determined at the time of booking and are subject to market fluctuations.

7. Payouts to Friends

Friends receive payouts in KRW after session completion. Payout timing and methods are subject to our payment provider's processing schedule.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, SAJUNABI will work with the payment provider and both parties to reach a fair resolution.
