Friend (Host) Terms

1. Overview

These Friend Terms supplement our Terms of Service and govern the relationship between SAJUNABI and individuals who offer companion experiences through our Platform ("Friends"). By registering as a Friend, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

To become a Nabi on SAJUNABI, you must meet our eligibility requirements including age, language proficiency, and compliance with local regulations.

3. Listing Requirements

Friends are responsible for creating accurate, honest, and up-to-date listings that clearly describe the experience, meeting point, duration, and what guests can expect.

4. Pricing

Friends set their own prices in Korean Won (KRW). A small platform fee is deducted from the Friend's payout at the time of settlement.

The price displayed to guests in USD includes a platform service fee on top of the Friend's base price.

5. Payouts

Friends receive their base price in KRW after the session is completed and confirmed. Payout details are subject to the payment processor's terms.

TBDPayout schedule (e.g., 24h after session completion), supported payout methods (bank transfer, etc.), minimum payout threshold, payout hold conditions (disputes, fraud), and currency conversion details to be specified after PG integration.

6. Friend Obligations

Friends agree to maintain their availability calendar, respond to booking requests promptly, arrive on time, provide quality bilingual companion services, and ensure guest safety during sessions.

7. Tax Obligations

Friends are independently responsible for all tax obligations related to income earned through the Platform, including income tax reporting and any applicable business taxes in their jurisdiction.

8. Insurance & Liability

Friends are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance for their services. The Platform does not provide insurance coverage for Friends or their activities.

9. Content License

By creating a listing, Nabis grant SAJUNABI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use listing content (photos, descriptions, etc.) for platform operation and marketing purposes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the Friend relationship. Friends may stop hosting at any time, subject to honoring existing confirmed bookings.
