Terms of Service

Welcome to SAJUNABI ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Saju platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be capable of forming a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

SAJUNABI is a marketplace platform that connects travelers ("Guests") with local Korean guides ("Friends") who provide bilingual companion experiences for fortune-telling sessions. We are not a fortune-telling service provider.

We do not employ, endorse, or control Friends. Friends are independent individuals who choose to offer their services through our Platform. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any fortune-telling session.

When you book a session, you submit preferred dates. Your Friend will confirm an available date from your selections. If no preferred dates are available, you will receive a full refund.

Booking confirmation is subject to Friend availability. A booking is only confirmed once your Friend accepts a date and you receive a confirmation notification.

Session files (recordings, reports) uploaded by Friends or Guests are available for download for 30 days after upload. We are not responsible for the permanent storage of session files.

Prices displayed on the Platform are in US Dollars (USD) and include a platform service fee. The service fee is included in the displayed price and is not separately itemized at checkout.

Friends set their own base prices in Korean Won (KRW). The final USD price shown to Guests includes currency conversion and the platform service fee.

We reserve the right to adjust our service fee at any time. Any changes will be reflected in future bookings and will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

Cancellation policies are described in our Refund Policy. By making a booking, you agree to the applicable cancellation terms.

If a Friend cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund automatically.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings that violate these Terms, with refunds issued at our discretion.

Friends who offer services through the Platform agree to provide accurate descriptions of their experiences, maintain availability as indicated, and conduct sessions professionally.

Friends receive payment in KRW after the session is completed, with a small platform fee deducted from their base price.

Friends are responsible for any taxes, permits, or legal obligations related to their services in their jurisdiction.

All users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Circumvent the Platform to arrange or pay for sessions directly

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SAJUNABI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

By posting content (reviews, photos, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any Friend or Guest, including the quality or outcome of fortune-telling sessions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable booking.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAJUNABI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law, unless prohibited by your local jurisdiction.

For disputes between Guests and Friends, we encourage resolution through our messaging system first. We may, at our discretion, mediate disputes but are not obligated to do so.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
